I have finally figured out how to change the main greeting, however I still need to change the "Good Morning", "Good Afternoon" and so on, that plays just before the main greeting. (FYI I'm working on a Norstar/StarTalk phone system.) I cannot figure out how to do this; I only know how to change the times they are set to play at.

1. log on using Feature 9 8 3
2. at Admin: select the soft key for AA (Auto Attendant)
If you do not know the greeting number that is playing for Morning, afternoon, evening and non-business find out now or if you already know skip to step 8
3. at Auto Atdt Admin select (the soft key for) Table
4. at Grtg table: enter the table you are using (normally 1) followed by OK
5. at AA menu prompt enter OK
6. write down the number following morning: then press next to get the greeting numbers for the other time slots.
7. press * to go back to the Auto Atdt Admin screen
8. select grtg.
9. at Greeting Admin select Grtg
10. at Greeting: enter the number for the morning greeting, then select OK
11at Greeting N select Play to play the greeting recorced there.
11. after you are sure this is the greeting you want to change pick up the handset and select REC
12. At the tone speak your greeting followed immediatly by selecting OK
13. select Play to listen and make sure you like what you have recorded. Retry to change greeting or OK to save the greeting.
14. Go back to step 8 for each of the other greetings.
