Help! Cant restore IOS

Can someone please take a look at this configuration... I cant seem to restore the IOS there is no Copy tftp flash command someone please point me in the right direction!

I actually took a look at that white paper link, followed it step by step previously and You should find this intresting... THERES NO FREEKING FLASH RAM IN THE ROUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't beleave that I buy a router off ebay a the flipping thing does not forking have a bloody IOS Image!!!!!!!!!!!!
Boy are they gonna get a bad review...
anyway,
people beware!!! Ebay is the devil in a red dress...and boy on that day was she looking fine.

Since you have no flash to hold a config you can boot from tftp to move on.

I have done this in a pinch were there was not enough flash for the IOS image but enough ram
