help! can't open more windows

When I try to login into the system (4.3.3) , i get : "All available login sessions are in use" . What should I do to fix it?

check your paging space as this kind of problem usually points to lack of memory or paging space.

output is :

Maximum number of fixed license is 30
floating license is disabled...

go to smitty chgpty and change it to any big number as you wish and reboot the node
