If you press CTRL+ALT+DEL it should bring up a window. You can select which program you want to close. Click on the "End Task" button to close it. You may have to repeat this more than once if a program doesn't respond. However, if you don't wait for the task window to popup, and press the CTRL+ALT+DEL key sequence more than once, it will cause the system to perform a warm reboot. <br>

Note: A program may take 20 seconds to close because that is the default for Windows. Some tweaking programs can change how long Windows waits before closing a program. I think that WinBoost2000 is one of those programs.
