We accedentially set the VLAN to 44 and now we can't access the 3300 GUI interface. Any way of changing it any other way, or blowing out the database? We do have a backup.

Hi There, if you access the Controller via the serial cable. There is a command (something like "vlan_off") you can enter which will turn vlan 44 off the Controllers Lan port.

Reboot the controller and the system should be back on the default vlan setting.

Not something like, it is..

vlan_off (case sensitive)

Via maint port or Secure Telnet on Port 2002

or configured your laptop nic to go into vlan 44 (some nics do this like mine ;)

else vlan_off from RTC and reboot
else configure port on switch as tagged for vlan 44 and untagged for data

then another port as untagged for voice. plug into last said port and you'll be able to access.

easiest is vlan_off
