HELP! Cannot send HTML format mails though Domino using Outlook

I need help with Lotus Domino server. When I use for example, Outlook Express to send email with RichText/HTML format, it sends without any complaint, however when received from the destination user or myself, the message got converted back to TEXT format with attachment(s). WHY????

I know there must be some settings on the Domino server that disable this conversion. Please, anyone...tell me how? What/Where exactly are the settings that needs to be changed?

I am currently using Lotus Domino Server R5 5.07 revision. Thanks everyone.
