HELP. Cannot Edit Citrix Administrator Properties

I can view the existing administrators, but all properties are grey. I cannot edit or add new administrators.

Sounds like you don't have admin access

If you're the administrator of the farm, and have no idea what went wrong here, use slim jim to add the local admin back to the farm admins, and you're back in.

Does that rip out the existing admins?

Yes. Only use this as a last resort.
