HELP! Can pickup on other phones conversation. 1

My customer has a Merlin Legend System, and when you are on any telephone you can go to any other telephone and barge into their conversation. How do you disable this? I have all telephones setup with Lines 801 - 806 appearing on buttons. All you have to do is press the button and you are on the line with the other party. Please give me any information you can on this problem. Thanks in advance

That is the ABSOLUTE answer.

Program a BUTTON with Feature 31 (Privacy) and then Press it to turn it on.

If the user wants someone else to join the call, they can either turn off the feature, or CONFERENCE them in.

You'll either need to copy that extension or program the privacy button on each phone.
