HELP ! Call Manager 5.0.4 with third party softphone?

Hello guys,

I am trying to register free software SIP Phone "SJphone" with CCM and unfortunately it’s unsuccessfully. (Only once its works and after that it stop to works permanently).
Now I am receiving "404 Not Found" , "403 Forbidden" and stuff like that.
On the CCM it self I see right now:
Registration Unknown
IP Address Unknown


Maybe someone had a chance to configure third-party soft phone with CCM and can help me with that ?
Or maybe someone of you guys have a procedure for the configuration of third-party phone with CCM ? Because all that I can find on Cisco site doesn’t helping.

Sounds like a Device Phone License issue. Under the License Unit Report, how many available phone lics are available? Want to make sure you have a LIC-3PTY-DL-X= (X being the number of DLU you bought) uploaded. Basic SIP phones requires 3 units.
