HELP!, Async Interface Configuration

On a Cisco 2509, how can I route all IP packets from Async interface to Ethernet interface? or route all packet from a particular IP address to another IP address?

I also have this in my configuration :

- ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 Serial 1

so all packets routes directly to Serial 1

Try something like this:
conf t
int ser1
ip unnumbered faste0
faste0 must be up and have assigned ip address
