HELP Assisted Transfer from VM Pro not working

I am trying to set up an assisted transfer from VM Pro, I have set the incoming call to go to a start point then ring a hunt group and if not answered go to a different mail box than that of the hunt group.Which is set in the assisited transfer option of vm, currently the call just rings the hunt group never being answered by vm.

Do U have VM turned on for the HG you are ringing?
Then in VM pro have start point for that HG with a Leave mail action and program the VM Box u want the message to be left in.

I do not have the vm turned on for the hunt group,does it have to be turned on?
Yes in vm i have the leave mail action with the correct mbx

You need vm turned on for the hunt group. Then, as Basskunk has said go into vmpro and create a start point for that group (a Leave mail action). connect it to a leave mail action and the desired mailbox under the specific tab.

or use a voice question from the busy / no answer from the assisted xfer element and drop it into any mail box you want.
