Please, let someone out there help me with this.

I installed patch on opt 11c system, i then did a restart to ascertain that the patches will be retained but surprisingly the system restarted without loading the patches, ip addresses and locked out all accounts. I have restarted the system a couple of times with the same result.

All phones are working alright but the callpilot isnt working. Is there a time frame for this kind of lock out? posted in this thread is the error message.

Thanks all.

did you take a back up prior to adding new patches on ??
looks like you got a bit of corruption on your system...

Sounds like you might need to FBUG, I would contact your vendor. Do not try this on your own unless you know what you are doing.

Have had this before a few times on CS1000T's release 4.5, had to go into FBUG run the Production tests to wipe the SSC completely then reload with the lastest software off Nortel, patch and I hope you have a database backup of the switch.

Its the directory structure that is buggered up if you go into PDT you will find you cannot list/change directory's.

If this is all a bit above you contact your vendor.

Thanks all,i didnt have a backup because i have done this severally without any hitch ( but now i know that 1st rule is to take a backup) but i had all the data previously captured. i just finished reloading the software and programming the system from scratch, reloaded the same patches and the system is running again; i was at it all day and all night.

Now i need to get some sleep, once again thanks
