HELP!!!! All incoming calls going to peoples mailboxes after 1 ring

I have been trying to set up mailboxes. and all of a sudden calls are going to peoples mailboxes after 1 ring. I dont work on nortel and am stuck they ring until answered during the day and the night mode seems to be working fine.

Remove ANY AND ALL Forward on Busy settings for ALL SETS (under capabilities / set abilities)
