Help. ActiveX Document is not viewable on other machines

Hello,


I hope someone can shed some light. I have written an Active Document and have used the Packaging and Deployment Wizard to package it for use from a Website; however, when a browser follows the link from the generated HTML file the browser attempts to download the VBD instead of downloading the cab that the wizard created, and installing the software needed, (dlls and runtimes, etc.). What can I do?

I hope someone can help.

I bet you have not gotten an answer to this one. No one on the planet knows. MS is worthless. Browse the Web and you will find many of us trying to get an answer to this. If you learn anything please let me know!
