when i trying to connect to PDC
i receive message *Unable to connect to the domain controller because :the server is not operational.*

Hello...

I am having the exact same problem, but mine is a little more sophisticated. There are a bunch of services that don't start either, like DNS, FTP, others.

If you ever come across a solution, I'd like to know if you could be so kind and share it with me, I'm totally lost here !!!!
