Hi I am using hibath 3000 manager, the computer switchboard connection is constantly disconnected from the phone that is authorized * 95 and I am correcting it by entering the user information, after a short time, the connection is broken again.
 
You can use Manager E in IP mode and connect over the network
the connection works for a short time
Then I set it back on the dicital phone, it works and it goes again urgent help please
 
Are you connecting to a LIM or Hg1500? IF so you might need to give the HG a reboot. You can reboot the LIM by outing the IP address in again through *95

hello, thank you for your help *95 After doing the necessary actions, the manager connects to the system, but after a certain period of time, the manager connection is disconnected again.
 
Its not a permanent connection regardless, the idea of manager e is you take a download of the current config make offline changes and then send in the changes.

*95 from a phone has to timeout.
The phone is to be a phone not a programming terminal permanently.
Use a computer with the Manager E program to connect.
