Hello, we just opened a new bar. We were operating just fine the past few days. Today (monday) our aloha all the sudden clocked everyone out and ran checkouts in the middle of he shift at 7:00pm We can’t delete checkouts or edit clock ins or open closed checks to go back to enter tips. Our Sunday sales are now showing $0 and were added to Monday sales. And now the pos says we’re operating currently on Tuesday?? We deleted Some old events but they were all old specials from the old bar. It still shows our daily eod is 29:00. And tips to pulling that back or reasons why it happened and how to prevent it?

You obviously had an end of day run at 7pm. One of the common causes for this is a wrong system date / time on the fileserver or master terminal. Since the EOD is set to fire at 7am my guess is the system time;s am/pm is inversed. If the FOH is syncing time with BOH then this is on the fileserver, if not then on the master terminal.
