Hello we have a CM rls 6 and we have One-X_Agent phones for our work from home. Once we started deploying Aruba devices we get intermittent complaints with voice quality. Rebooting the PC clears it up or if user wait long enough it will clear on its on. I know that the common denominator is the Aruba device. We just started deploying the devices and those that were always on SRA now got the Aruba with their one-x agent and started complaining. Also those that already had an Aruba and was working fine with their Avaya Blue i2050 softphone but when given the one-x agent phone then they started complaining. We are trending complaints and it is constant ONE-X-Agents with Aruba's We have addressed things like network regions. PC resources. Does anyone know of a known issue?
