Hello, Two avaya CCR are running at 2 location also connected with SCN, At location 1 there is a overflow hunt group which is directed to location 2 hunt group, every thing is normal unlike reports, In historical reports there are overflowed calls are also coming(with DDI that is, Extension number where the call land at location 2 hunt group )
now customer wants that calls in another column (separate column in reports)I tried an overflowed column in custom reports without any luck, In documents i found that SCN is not supported for remote but still i tried may be i could got some thing as i found great minds here ;) Version is 9.0 at both locations

Overflowing calls to a group including users from another system is not allowed in CCR. To be able to report, all calls must stay on the same system.

CCR does not support SCN.

Jamie, Actually i am bit confused in reports, In custom report(summary of all calls column)is including the overflowed calls in location 2 CCR and also in historical reports (call details report), These calls are coming with their incoming numbers as well also recording is available of overflowed calls.. it is just not showing in reports (as separate) and also in wallboard.

Problem is you are trying to make the software do something it was not designed to do so you are going to get strange things happening and inaccurate reporting.
