hope this forum is a good place to get help on using Meridian phones and their remote admin program.

I just started a job as the IT guy for a textile company about a month ago. I came in not knowing anything about phones and still don't know much. The guy I replaced had little time to give me a crash course in that + other responsibilities around here.

Anyway, we got a lot of older stuff here. The main panel that controls the phones is a DOS-like program. Uses LD commands and such. I've already had to call a private consultant to take care of some stuff and would like to avoid that in the future for small problems if I can. (I plan on talking to one of my bosses here about getting school/training also)

So anyway, I hope I can get help here on any problems with the Meridian system that I can't seem to solve or find time to solve. The manuals I have here aren't user-friendly at all.

PS- While Im here, I've been noticing a "volume almost full warning" lately. Anyone know how to clear that up? Thanks.

Thanks for all the responses guys. It took a day of surfing, but I did finally find this place.

I am a common messageboard/forum user for other things like Computer Hardware and PC Games. Its an easy way to get info from experienced people in the matter, or just a fellow person having the same issue.

Anyway, I just got back from a week out of town so I'll investigate clearing out the voicemail. I did send an email out and our purchasing director here told me to just warn em and wipe it out. Apparantly we had the system crash before because our voicemail capacity was beyond capacity.
