Hello:
My W2k_pro unable to boot after the installation of Netscape 7 while the Macfee software was running. Is there a way to recover the image?

Any infomations would be hlepful, Thanks

Have you tried to boot using Last Known Good Configuration? press the F8 button when the white bar starts (ie when it says Windows 2000 starting).

If booting to Last Known Good doesn't work, try booting into Safe Mode and uninstalling Netscape 7. If you still encounter problems, be sure to post the specific error you get when trying to boot up.

The W2k runs fine after uninstall the Netscape 7.
