Hello,

I need a program (except MAT or OTM)that can analyze or evaluate traffic report from Meridian PABX System. Right now, we analyze traffic reports manually using the raw data coming from M1.

Somebody help me!

What are you trying to accomplish. I have spreadsheets that you can dump the traffic info to that will chart out your peak times and if you have any blockage.

But you can do that with the information available in the Traffic Handbooks. It will give you the CCS breakdowns and you should be able to create a formula that will parse the information out.

I use to use a program called Telecost.

I can't remember who the supplier was but I know they were from Montreal.

Telecost seems to be a CDR program not a traffic analyst program.
