Hello,

I just installed a 6X16 and have two seemingly simple questions.

first: I can not find a way to transfer a call. *70 is an invalid feature. There is a link button but that goes to an outside line. I need to be able to transfer to an internal extension.

Second: Is it possible to setup paging zones on this system. *60 works to page all sets but I would like to setup three differnt zones.

I was able to set up paging zones...

Try this: go into config, and go into terminals and sets. Select whichever handset you care about, and then go under Capabilities. For me, the seventh setting is "Page zone", with a softkey to change which zone it's in.

If Feature 70 does not work then you have a reallllllly old system. You'll have to transfer using Feature 3.
DR1 software did not have Feature 70.
