i am having a problem with my ip phones, i get reorder tone on all of them when placing incoming or outgoing call, i logged in on pbx(KX-TDE100) then i found connection state to be OUS and some fault. When i tried to change them to INS i get the error "E033102 Card obstacle". How can i correct this ?, only two ip phones and all analog phones are working. The two working ip phones are in service(INS).

sounds like you dont have enough licences look at error log and see if it has licence ip over
