How can hear me music on hold when the phone is stand by in mx-one tsw ?
In Panasonic when the phone is standby and no call just press 1 and play the music on hold on speaker phone I give set fm radio wave to music on hold and all extention can be hear with call or ?????

This feature is called music-on-idle (special customer installation), as parnum wrote, not a standard one. I know Aastra has the patch for this (TSW), so you can always ask from them for the price.....
