In OS4K V10, how to find out which internal subscriber called a trunk in another center at a specific time and date, for example, a week ago?

If you don't have CDR already configured, it's not going to help now.
If the 4K is V10, and you know the date and time, then under Expert Access, Permanent Logging, you will be able to download trace files for that time period, if it wasn't too long ago. But you'll need a trace decoder like Message Doctor to turn those files into something useful.
