The schedules defined in NetWorker are used to schedule backup jobs, not for recoveries.
If you want to set up an automatic-scheduled recovery,
go to the client, create a script or batch file that has the recovery command you want to use, then use the O/S's scheduler to schedule that job for you.
Why would you want to have scheduled recoveries???
Usually recovering files are on per request. And with NetWorker, the user can recover their own files.
As I suggested, if you need to "schedule" a recovery, create a script that has the recover command, and then schedule the script as a cron job (Unix) or use Microsoft Scheduler.
