Held Message Lotus Notes Server

WE are experiencing a problem wher a number of messages are getting held in mail.box Server 4.0 version is 5.1 or 5.2
I get an application error also of ntmmScan.exe,
when you ask for a debug it come back as QNC.EXE Ordinal not found, The ordinal 975 could not be located in the dynamic link library NLSCCSTR.DLL.

It looks like the Trend Mico scan file ntmmscan.exe is causing the server to crash, Trend recommend patching to 5.04 and above,any ideas where I find that.

have you fixed this issue. We are having the same problem.

Are you running Scanmail or IMSS? One of our smaller offices had a similar problem, and we simply upgraded both Domino (to 5.12) and IMSS to 5.15.
