I have Norton Antivirus Corporate installed on my exchange server. I cannot access the scheduled scans to modify the scan times. the original installation was not done by myself, so i uninstalled and reinstalled to attempt to fix the problem. this did not work. the access is still denied. i dont know what to do. anyone else have this problem or know how to help??

Regedit, go to HLM-->software--> intel--> LANdesk--> virusprotect6 from there you'll figure it out.

Thanks for that first reply, however I must be really dumb, I cannot figure it out. Please be more specific.

In the main window, on the left side you'll see a tree,
You might have scheduled scan under view locked, but look at the bottom above help, you can add new scans there.

is there some way to edit the registry like you were talking about before? There are no options to add or remove any scheduled scans.
