Hi all, I'm still fairly new to IP Office and I have a question that I think I know the answer to, I just want to check. One of our customers has an extension, lets call it "A" that can hear another extension "B" when A is on a call. It sounds to me like there is a crossed line somewhere, but could it be anything else? As far as the customer knows it is only happening with the two extensions in question. A is not getting any other interference apart from B and B does not get any interference from A.

They are both using 5402 phones and they're on version 4.1 (9)

This will be the lines, digital extn's do not get crossed lines within the system or internal cabling, I'll wager it is only on externall calls :)

Thanks very much :) I've told the customer to contact their provider and get them to sort it!

This could be two things

1) lines
2) voices in some ones head :)
