Looking for recommendations for headsets to be used on a Legend r7 system using Partner 18Ds via ETR. Cordless preferred.
Thanks As Always
Tom

I absolutely recommend the Plantronics CT12. Plug into the AUX port on the Partner 18D. Plantronics has the best customer service. Recently called Plantronics b/c client CUT the (brand new) headset cable on his CT12. They replaced it free of charge and over-nighted the part. How's that for service? Awesome! Best range on a cordless/wireless headset. Comes with both over-the-head or over-the-ear style headset. Been selling these for years with AVAYA systems.

Good luck,
Andrea

I don't beleive that you can use a headset via the AUX jack on a Partner phone connected to an ETR card. You lose the combination extension operation on a Magix. So you're going to have to go to something that connects through the handset jack, gives you a place to plug the handset back into, and has an "A/B" switch to go to handset/headset. AND, you're going to need to lift the handset out of the cradle to activate the phone, as you can't put Headset Status/Hangup buttons on an ETR phone, like you can with a MLX or TDL.

I believe the ct12 is a single line set like the ct10 and it does plug into the aux jack on a partner
