I need help. I do not know if the config is the issue. But I have a 1616 which I used phone type 4620. Apparently, if my agents are using their headset (with the headset button enabled), they can hear the customer but the customer can hear them. What we did as a work around is to connect the headset to the handset port which worked fine.
My question is, are there any misconfiguration on the station? Please help me out.
