Is there a way to make all calls answered go to the headset rather than the speakerphone by default? I used to be able to configure this on Polycom phones with a setting called "Headset Memory" but I cant find anything similar in the avaya phones. I'm using 46xx and 56xx series IP phones. Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks!

Use the headset button?
Or try "disable speaker phone" using the Manager on the extension.

Nah, I don't want to disable the speakerphone and I want the user to be able to use Phone manager app installed on their PC to answer the call and have the call automatically go to the headset. Is this not possible?

Yes, connect the headset to the headset port on the phone.
Press headset button then the drop button to turn off the dial tone.
Turn on "off hook station" on the phonemanager, when a call comes in hit "enter" to answer en press "end" to disconnect.
