Hi, I'm new to this forum. Has anyone had issues with agents getting intermittant feedback on headsets on ACD calls on 2216 sets? This is on an 81C. I've made sure that they have the mic gain turned down. Thanks, any help would be appreciated.
Yes they are. And the strange thing is this is an open seat call center, the issue follows several people around. My suspicion is that the users are "playing around" with the mic gain and creating their own issue.
