Hi,

I have just done set up a report from my employees training records database. I have a section which shows all of the things they have been trained, these headings include training name, date, type etc. However if someone has been trained on more than one thing, the heading fields are repeated.

Is there a way i could just have the headings and then all the data below, rather than having heading- data-heading data etc.

I hope I'm making some sense, if not I could e-mail the database,

Many thanks,

Peen

Consider typing a few records into a response and then how you would like these to display in your report.

Thanks for your response. At the moment it is displaying as follows:-

Firstname- andrew
Surname- taylor
Deparment- ACCOUNTS

Training ID 1012
Training Title Microsoft Excel
Review Date 20.1.04
Reviewers name Paul Davis
Signed by Reviewer xxxx

Training ID 1013
Training Title Microsoft Powerpoint
Review Date 22.1.04
Reviewers name Paul Davis

I want it to be displayed as follows:-

Many thanks,

Just move the text boxes into a horizontal row. Place the appropriate labels into a header section immediately above the field text boxes. You can open the Northwind sample database to see some samples.
