Headers don't Print on PDF from Web

I have a summary report that is displayed on the web. When we export to PDF, page 1 is fine, the subsequent pages do not show the summary table headers (in this case, the months). The report continues on to the next page width-wise, so it should Jan/Feb/Mar/Apr on page 1, but the remaining pages don't show May/Jun/Jul...etc. The web report looked fine.

Export from what? Please post your software/version and try to be a bit more specific than "I have a summary report that is displayed on the web.", that doesn't convey much.

What is a summary table header in terms of real Crystal terms?

Crystal 9, but deployed through .Net services and viewed as a web report.

Cross Tab Report, Column Headers not displaying post page 1 on an <<export to PDF>> PDF file.

Works here, perhaps a service pack is in order:

There is an issue with virtual pages which spill off to the right within a cross-tab, these don't show row titles.
