I have a customer running 6.1.17 on the Vm pro and 6.1.5 on the IPO. it is a 412 and new VM server. when calls cover to VM and someone leaves a message we get no header info. when you listen back it says voice call from and then just goes to press 0 to play the message. if we call from an unknown number it will tell you unknown. only calls with caller ID behave this way. it is intuity mode on the VM. has any one seen this? avaya suggested a duplex problem but we are not on a managed switch.
