Header Info in Voicemail

I am sending calls across an IP trunk and leaving voicemail messages on the other end...my name & extension are showing on their caller ID, but not in voicemail...treats it as an outside call. What could be causing the info to drop?

Is this trunk group the one that is used for the integration to your voicemail? Or, is this trunk group tied to another PBX which hosts the voicemail?
 
I found a setting in the hunt group for voicemail (calling party # to Intuity Audix-y or n) and it was "n" - odd this was never an issue before. Changed to "y" and I'm getting the header info now. Thanks for your replies!
