I have an opt. 61c. I have installed serveral GNN Netcom headsets, 1 with the remote auto lift kit. When the client is away from there desk they hear a tone in there ear and press the button on the headset and can answer the call. But she can only answer key 0 and 1. She is an assist to serveral executives, is there a way that she call hear the other ringing lines in her ear and be able to answer those ringing lines when she is away from her desk also? When she is at her desk she can answer calls and use the headset because she is able to press the apporiate extension.
