Someone must now how to apply recipient address policies

Thanks for response, 1 added question. When and how does it apply these as I have set it up so depending on group name it sets poicy but I dont think it applied as a it used the defualt policy over the top. Has anyone every had problems with exchange applying or and recomendations on how to apply please help.
Thanks

Right click the policy. Choose Apply Policy Now.

I hope you find this post helpful.

I have the condition in policy:
Code:
(&(objectCategory=group)(name=Group Name))
And yet it does not apply the definied, SMTP primary address, SMTP secondry address or the X400 addrees, any ideas

Have changed so it is based on company name, this works but is not the system I would want to have running, any ideas why exchange will not pick up group membership.

Sorry no. Can't you just apply the policy to all users? So long as you don't alter their default SMTP address it would not hurt anything.

I hope you find this post helpful.

Regards,

Mark

I would just apply to all users but I am currently using exchange for mail hosting (mainly for advantages features of OWA) and just needed that. Thanks for all help
