Has anyone experienced contact store freezing. A dialogue box appears asking to close program, but if you press the close and then refresh the page, most times you are able to select a recording and play it. But has soon as you have played it and selected another recording the same thing happens.
System running 7.0.23, contactstore 7.8.16, happens on a both operating systems XP and win 7.
