Having to refresh explorer all the time time

Hi

Has anyone experienced contact store freezing. A dialogue box appears asking to close program, but if you press the close and then refresh the page, most times you are able to select a recording and play it. But has soon as you have played it and selected another recording the same thing happens.

System running 7.0.23, contactstore 7.8.16, happens on a both operating systems XP and win 7.
 
This sounds like IE9 issues and IE9 is mostly not supported by Avaya.

Just copied all recordings and backed up cs to external drive, formatted server and reinstalled 2003 server and updates, not ie 9. Reinstalled all ip vmpro, contactstore. and guess what ? same problem. It allows me to play one recording then the web page times out and you have to refresh maybe 2 or 3 times before you can play another.

I have added the server address to trusted site within explorer and moved the slider to low, and set the privacy level to the same. Seem thing happens.

I have tried google crome, firefox browers of which do not load the player plugin, however they do allow me to select a recording without the web page timing out. The problem seems to be with the plug in player, is there something else in windows sever 2003 need to be set ?

Any help appreciated.

I have no idea.
We run VMPro and CS on a server 2003 and it works fine.
