having to dial 9 on NBX 25

Is there a way to change to phones so I don't have to dial 9 to get an outside line? We currently have 5 loop lines 750-754. When we pick up the handset it goes to intercom dial tone instead of a line. We would like to be on a outside line when we pick up.
