Having Problems with ACD DN that is NCFW to 3 Party VM.

I have a problem with an ACD DN (1234) that is NCFW to an 3rd Part Voicemail Service. The users must have CFXA class of service to be able to direct call forward to the ACDN (1235) because it has MWC set to NO.
If I set it to yes you get a re-order tone when you dial it from external or internal.
I built another ACDN (1236) with MWC set to yes and it works internally or externally. I have removed ACDN 1234 and rebuilt it with the same result.

Can anyone help me out?

I just had an install where they went from Call Pilot to an Avaya VM using SIP, it sounds like you are doing something simalar. I thought I was going to have to reprogram every set with CFXA ----but found a prompt in the CDB options--------CXOS (default is CXOD)--call forward external override allowed to a CDP steering code.

Change to acd to a DSC.
