Hello, i am new o this forum but really need some help. had some electrical issues with our CS1K. The power supply had to be replaced, fiber card, 2 digital line cards, 2 analog cars, and media card. I replaced all of the above. brought the trunking cards backup. The other two cabinets have the fiber cards and digital and analog cards. The fiber card in cabinet 1 is not coming up the digital cars also are nor coming up. Cabinet 3 te fiber card is coming up but the digital and analog cards are not. Is the whole system fried ? or am i just doing something wrong somewhere in this process. And what too do to get the fiber cards and digital cards for the other cabinets up and running.

If you had power supply issues you could very well have more problems or dead cards. The first thing you should do is address the power issue. What caused the power supply to fail? DO you have a proper ground? You don't want to replace cards until you know it isn't going to happen again.

the grounding has been taken care of. I am wondering why i can't get the fiber cards up or any of the digital cards for that matter. Any ideas?

What exactly does that mean that the grounding has been 'taken care of' ... does that mean your grounding was not proper before? Did you have a 'big bang' that happened to fry all your equipment? JTFG is right that you will likely have more bad cards. If the system suffered a BIG hit it is likely that most of it is dead.
Good luck getting that beast back online after the 'power issue'

There is a daughtercard on the SSC card that works with the Fiber Receiver card in cabinet. There are light associated with the daughtercard -what is its status - yesllow, red, green

Does the status change if you power off the exp cabinet?

Possible one or both of those cards are bad. If fiber reciever does not come up, anything behind it will not come up.

As for the one cab that is up, try rolling known good cards to that cab to see if they come up ok - this will prove card or not.

Also - assuming you have tried disabling / reseating / enabling
