Ok , thank you for your answer. It's correct but in my case it's quite difficult to apply this solution because in this way the system is too slow.I have a big amount of data anda the DB is faster than CR objects to make a selection.
Do you known that pass an having clause is impossible?
Create a View on the DBMS side that provides the summary information. If you don't need the details, simply use that view and a parameter that would now be used in the record selection formula (since the view provides one record per group with the summary info.
If you need to return the details as well, join the View to your detailed data. You can still apply a record selection formula to the View to restrict the groups returned.

CUT, Visual CUT, and DataLink Viewer:
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.
Your answer is also correct,I'm sorry but there is another problem.
The "having clause" that I want to pass is dynamic so it depend from the choices that the user do before the report's launch. I can't create a DB view because I need to change the condition dinamically.
I need to use a RDC's method if this method exist...
