Having a problems with my Body font

Why is it my font at the last line of the text frame just wants to jump down to fill it rather than keep the same uniform leading?
It's the opentype font Futura
Didnt have a problem with Adobe Garamond but this one is causing these issues. Help? =)

...looks like there is a frame break character in the top box, last line, so i take it these boxes are linked together for overset text?

...what happens when you, as a test, copy the top paragraph text into it's own type frame, same result?

...if not the same result then it might be something to do with that frame break and the next line in the next linked box...

...other than that someone else might be able to shed light on it for you...

I get this when a Paragraph Return is set to a larger font size and the leading is set to AUTO. Select the whole line including the paragraph return and make it the same size.
