Having a problem with voicemail to email using Microsoft Exchange 2010 and Voicemail Pro. Have an IP Office 500v1 5.0(8).
Customer upgraded their Exchange from 2003 to 2010. Email does get to email server but stops with a message, from Microsoft monitor, of "invalid recipient".

security settings in 2010 are different, IT needs to figure out how to add IPO to save sender list, nothing you can do on IPO side.

Correct, they need to setup a Relay. Specially on Exchange 2010 go to the following: Server Configuration-HubTransport-ReceiveConnectors. Then create a new Receive Connector called VOICEMAIL or whatever....go to Network tab and put in the IP of the voicemail server. Then in Auth tab either basic auth or exchange server (if you create an AD user). Perm Groups check anonymous users or exchange users (if you create an AD user). Also, if you create an AD user be sure to setup IP Office with correct credentials.
