Have to press button to answer? 1

I have a user who states she had to press the line appearance to answer the phone but only on the second line. The first line, when it rings all she has to do is lift the handset. Don’t know if the matters but the LHK on the phone is 000 and the only way she gets these calls is through 0# on the Callpilot voice mail.

Does the LHK control that? I ask because that is the only difference between her phone and mine and it work on mine?

I can 0# out from my second phones voicemail, it starts to ring my main phones second line. All I have to do is lift the handset. Answered
