Hi guys.

Is it possible to have two accounts for outlook 2003?

I have two accounts

1) Work Exchange Server Account
2) Personal pop3/imap account

(Im connecting to exchange via http)

The trouble is, they want to share the same folder.
So both accounts either goto exchange folder or personal.

I created some rules to send the personal account to the personal folder, which is fine.

The main trouble is all my sent emails goto the exchange sent items.
Which means anyone looking into exchange can see my sent items (not good!).

I can move a copy to my sent items, but it still remains on the exchange server.

Is there any way like thunderbird to completly seperate these accounts?

Or has anyone any more ideas?

Id really appreciate any help

Not without using separate profiles in Outlook. But that would require closing Outlook and reopening it to change accounts.

Thanks Richard.

Is there any way of creating a custom rule (im not too bad with vb)

So that it checked on send the account used and moved it to that personal folder sent items and deleted it from the shared exchange one?
