Location A has a queue and location B would like to have agents log into the queue set up on Location A 3300. We have IP networking so I know an easy way is to register the set(s) in location B to the 3300 at site A. Was wondering if there was another way to do this?? I was thinking I could set up a new queue at location B with agents(s) that would only be logged into this queue. Then in location A would make primary overflow (1 second overflow timer) to go to a dummy path at site A with the the path unavailable set to go to the newly created Q at location B ... would this work??

Nevermind... Since both systems are in same Network cluster I should be able to do this easily without remote ACD path setup.

I spoke too soon... this only allows acd calls on originating system to go to a remote skill group.. not add agents from another site to skill group at primary answering point. So if I then put the 1st overflow to this remote skill group with overflow timer set to zero seconds will calls go to remote agents only if all local agents in primary skill group are on calls or will it go to them evenly?

Do the agents need to be in paths on both system A and system B?
What loads of software?
Are you using hotdesk ACD agent ID's or traditional?

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
